For each stage, we submit at least 3 tender offers from subcontractors to ensure the best combination of quality and cost.
Project Management Fee: €40,000
This fixed fee covers all project management services.
Payment plan:

| 2. Monthly Management Fee | €1,500 / month | Invoiced monthly for 10 months (Total €15,000). Guarantees Project Manager availability. |
| 3. Structure Completion | €4,000 | Due upon completion of concrete structure and masonry shell. |
| 4. Enclosure (Water-tight) | €4,000 | Due upon installation of roof and windows. |
| 5. Systems Rough-in | €4,000 | Due when plumbing/electrical tubing is installed (before plastering). |
| 6. Final Delivery | €5,000 | Due upon obtaining the Cédula de Habitabilidad. |
